TOURS Sicily Shore
Excursions to Taormina, Catania & Messina
If you are taking a Mediterranean cruise in Italy with a
port of call in Sicily and would like to spend a memorable
day touring the island then Unique Costiera will be the right
choice. We organize private one day tours and shore excursions
from Giardini Naxos, Taormina, Catania and Messina for cruise
ship passengers in chauffeured air-conditioned vehicles with
English speaking driver guides.
Our private shore excursions are completely customized around
your needs with special attention to detail, to give you a
real taste of Sicily. With our private tours you will discover
the art, the archaeology, the history, the cuisine, the people
and the breathtaking scenery of this stunning and beautiful
island. The vibrant landscape, which is populated by the greenery
of olive groves, vineyards and almond trees; the vivid colours
of the lemon and orange groves canvassing the hillsides during
the winter; the stunning views of the alluring blue Mediterranean
sea as well as Mt. Etna - makes Sicily unique.
We offer a complete selection of private itineraries which
include historical sights, shopping, cuisine, wine tours and
olive oil factory visits.
Our suggested itineraries for a one day private tour
from Taormina, Catania or Messina are:
Culinary/Wine
Tour of Mt Etna & Taormina
The Godfather
Tour
Taormina
& Surroundings
However, we can personalize your itinerary according to
your needs, interests and time schedule if required.
All our tours are private and we never mix groups; however
this does not mean that we can’t provide the services
you require. Your private driver and licensed tour guide (if
required) will meet you at the dock in Taormina, Catania or
Messina. You will be able to recognise your driver because
he will be holding a white board with the Lead Passenger's
name. Your tour will last 8-9 hours. Lunch stops are always
at authentic, not touristy restaurants that are highly recommended.
We guarantee you will be back at your dock well in advance
of your cruise ship's departure.
