TOURS Sicily Shore Trips
If you are cruising the Mediterranean and your port of call is Messina, Taormina (Giardini Naxos) or Catania, we will be more than happy to customize a one day tour to show you the “do-not-miss sites” as well as the special treasures. We organize private shore excursions and day trips for cruise
ship passengers in deluxe vehicles with
private driver guides. Visit Mount Etna, Savoca, Castelmola and many others in total relax.
Our port tours are completely customized around
your needs with special attention to detail, to give you a
real taste of Sicily. With our private day tours you will
discover the art, the archaeology, the history, the cuisine,
the people and the breathtaking scenery of this stunning and
beautiful island. The vibrant landscape, which is populated
by the greenery of olive groves, vineyards and almond trees;
the vivid colours of the lemon and orange groves canvassing
the hillsides during the winter; the stunning views of the
alluring blue Mediterranean sea as well as Mt. Etna - makes
Sicily unique.
We offer a wide selection of one day trips in Sicily which
include historical sights, shopping, cuisine, wine tours and
olive oil factory visits.
Our suggested itineraries for a one day tour from Taormina, Catania or Messina are:
Culinary/Wine
Tour of Mt Etna & Taormina
The Godfather
Tour
Taormina,
Savoca, Castelmola
However, we can personalize your day trip according to your
needs, interests and time schedule if required.
All our Sicily tours are private and we never mix groups;
however this does not mean that we can’t provide the
services you require. Your private driver and licensed tour
guide (if required) will meet you at the dock in Messina,
Taormina or Catania. You will be able to recognise
your private driver because he will be holding a white board
with the Lead Passenger's name. Your tour will last 8-9 hours.
Lunch stops are always at authentic, not touristy restaurants
that are highly recommended.
We guarantee you will be back at your dock well in advance
of your cruise ship's departure.
